Applications are being accepted throughout the year to increase our substitute custodial pool.  Sub Custodians will be contacted when positions become available.  Work is typically between 3pm-11:30pm, 6-8 hr shifts.  $15 per hour without benefits.  Opportunity to apply for full time with benefits when positions become available.

 

As a substitute custodian you will be assisgned to various buildings in the District for absent custodians or overflow work.  Duties include but are not limited to:

 

• Maintain cleanliness of the building, classrooms and offices assigned
• Perform routine maintenance
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• PA Criminal, Child Abuse and FBI Background clearances within one year
• Iniative and the ability to work with minimal supervison
• Sound judgement and decision making capabilities 
• Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with administrators, staff, parents, and students
